UK Return for Ishmail September

Ishmail September joined Kent Div 1 side Old Wilsonians after a very long covid delay.

Ishmail originally signed for the 2020 season but due to the pandemic, proceedings were halted. Fast-forward two years, in a full circle of events he finally makes his return to the UK.

Ish previously played for HSBC CC, now known as New Beckenham CC in the

premier league where he picked up 50 wickets in two seasons. 1st XI captain

Michael Mitchell commented, “I’m pleased to confirm the signing. Ish will bring

quality to our attack, experience at Premier league level and a genuine desire to

do well. Ish is coming off the back of a promotion-winning season in South Africa

and he will bring that momentum to us as we take on Division 1.”

Having recently done well with his age group team at school level and at The

Peninsula Cricket Academy, Ish will be definitely be an asset to The Old Wilsonians colts system this

summer.
